RF 442 Kit - 1 Remote No Sound

I installed an RF 442 kit with my EVO One. One of the remotes only blinks green to confirm commands and does not play sound like the other remote does. Is there a way to enable the sound on the remote or do I just have a dud?

The sound should just work. There are no options to turn it off or on. In this case you would want to reach out to your point of purchase in regards to an exchange.
