ram keyless entry inop. during remote start

2013 ram 1500 evo-all standalone. remote start works fine but when started the keyless entry does not work. any way around that?

Hi Justin,

As stated in the installation guide. The remote you used to program the module will not work whent he truck is started. in short, program the module with one remote, and use the other for your everyday use.

 

When you start your truck with the key, the buttons on the key in the barrel would not work. The same will happen with a remote starter.
