Flash Limit reached

I just bought an evo-all with a GMt1 T-Harness. Upon connecting it to my computer, I get an error saying flash limit reached 0/0.  The Service Number is 001A06 242453. Can this be reset?

No, the module is too old and can not be flashed, please contact your reseller for an exchange.
