2015 Manual WRX 3 click start

Question

To whom it may concern,

 

I have 2015 Subaru WRX Manual and I am using a EVO-one. I believe I have everything setup correctly,

• I have bypassed the clutch switch and added the clutch cable (that is connected to the t-harness) to the cable that is used to bypass the switch.
• i have finshed setup for the dcryptor
• i used the flashlink to enable option 38.2 and 33.2 in the remote start mode
• i used the flashlink to enable option c1 in the bypass mode

I have used the sequence, gear neutral--> break down and hand brake up. but it seems to not start.

I have looked at the LEDs, when locking it would blink each time locked. the third time the car seems to light up but now sign of starting,

Am i missing something?

With the service number provided this module is flashed for a nissan 370Z.

I would select the correct year make and model.

Reflash the module.

Then reprogram it from start to finish.

It will not work with the current way it is set up.

also, i tried the turbo cool down mode (which works) then i tried to start it. it started up initially then cut off

after changing the firmware, reset the unit and reprogram it to the vehicle.

After reprogrammin in the vehcile, go back to the dcryptor page of the flash link and click on start over. You will also need to enable option C1 again since the reset will clear this option.

 

When testing the reservation mode, all doors must be closed! 

1. press on the brake
2. put the handbrake down
3. wait 3 seconds
4. put the handbrake up
5. release the foot brake

at this point, if 33.2 is enabled, the RED LED on top of the module will turn on. This indicates the vehicle is now running off the remote starter and that resrevation mode is successful, take your key out at this point and the vehicle should still be running. Open the door, get out of the car, then close the door.

i was able to get the car to remote start.

for some reason when i was testing out the turbo cool mode, it let me also use the 3 click remote start. one thing people complain about using subarus is that once in remote start, the car wouldnt let you use the key. However, when using the turbo mode, its seems like i can also use the key to unlock and lock, havent tried the trunk.

i havent been able to get the car started with the footbrake and brake setup... will try it again tomorrow morning

Ok its not working now. the fortin wont even flash its lights when the engine starts. The LED donet even flash when i press the reset button trying to reset the module. I can still connect to the flash link... dont know what to do
