Assuming you are talking about the EVO-START2 antenna and APP...

If the original owner of the EVO-START antenna never release the antenna from his account, you would not be able to use the activation code that comes with that antenna.

The only way to have it function would be to either contact the original owner and ask that they delete the antenna from their account or to purchase your own evo-start2 antenna.
