Why won't the parking lights work

Again this is a 2013 F150  the evo 12 digit # is 001A06251951 and it is being used as a stand alone with T harness

F150 trucks don't have hand brakes  but I went ahead and tried the foot brake for kicks and still no (-) on the A14 wire

what other options are available to get the (-) needed to trigger the relay wired for a (-) on term 85

Theres no other wire that gives a (-)ouput for parking lights.

This is really odd issue... Have you checked the pin out of the brown/white wire? is located in the right pin? maybe the crimp on the terminal is no good.. Have you tried another EVO-ALL? Have you tried changing or redoing the ground for the black 4-pin connector?
