Red LED not coming on with lock,lock,lock

Question

Hello i have a 2012 Jeep liberty with EVO RS EVO-CHRT5. Flashlink updater also.
Current software installed 74.{39}
The rapid flash for programming occurred as the instuctions stated.

 Option C1 and D1 D1.6 and D1.10 are chosen.
When trying the LOCK,LOCK,LOCK the blue LED occurs in sequnce with the lock button but nothing happens thank you in advance .

What is the S/N to the unit?

 

Make sure the drk.blue wire is not resting at ground.
