Yellow with red wire doesnt show 12v during remote start.

I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Evo-All CHRT 5 starter worked when I first installed it a couple months back. I performed a hard reset because i thought i programed something wrong due to the security light blinking during remote start and now it wont work.It goes through the programing sequence with no issues. During remote start it works properly unitl it wants to start. I put my meter on the yellow with red wire located on the red plug and there isnt 12 volts when attempting to start. Is this a programing issue or do I have a faulty module? To entertain the idea, i double checked all my connections and everything tests ok on that end. The only smoking gun i can seem to find is that their isnt 12 volts at that yellow with red wire during remote start. I continued to jumper 12 volts to that wire during the remote start sequence and the engine will crank over but not run. It will continue to crank until i remove that wire. Also, if i insert the key during the remote start process and turn it to the on position (without cranking it over) the remote start will work. Hopefully you can shed some light on the situation. Thank you for your time.

First piece of info I would need in order to try and help is the S/N number on the back of the module.

The firmware is correct for the vehicle being worked on.

I would suggest trying the following:

- master reset the evo in the vehicle: https://fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

- plug it back into the flash link updater and re enable the options

- re program the module to the vehicle

- re test

This was unsuccessful on multiple attempts.Something happened to this after thet first master reset. Thats when it stopped working. I even tried flashing it to a different vehicle and then back to the Jeep. Still nothing. I tried an older Firmware just to see and nothing. Is it possible that this module is faulty?

Hard to say over text in a forum.

My next suggestion would be to contact tech support directly when you have the evo and vehicle on hand to go through in vehicle troubleshooting.

UPDATE - Tried a new module due to the lake of 12 volts on the Yellow with red wire during remote start. New module did the trick. I had a faulty module.
