2008 Lexus IS250 EVO ALL unit with just a standalone remote start. (PTS)

Question

My question is simple,

 

 Guide # 99541)

 

States that we need to install the INTSL for door locks... But if im installing a unit with just CS RS unit... 1 button, do i really need it? Does anyone know if the OEM needs to see unlock first before starting the car? 

 

Can someone also confirm, this setup will be ok for the bypass and tach etc... main page say no but the guide says it does.

The evo-all a bypass only in that vehicle. Supported features are listed on page 1.

INT-SL+ is for door locks. Take over is dependant on the evo recieving an unlock signal (page 7 of the guide above).

 

Flash link updater is required to configure the evo.
