Cannot program remote start fob

EVO ONE  can program unit. Led is yellow.  Cannot program fob. Antenna does not flash blue. RFS 411 kit. Help

If the system is armed it will not allow you to enter programming.

 

Try entering then exiting valet mode first. (page 6)

 

Then try programming the rf kit. (page 2)
