Does the vehicle have any warning lights on in the dash?

Also the fuel must be above 1/4 tank.

Hood must be closed.

If you have the rs options in the cluster menu, ensure to select a runtime.

Ah, yes that would do it! If the car thinks the hood is open it will not start.
