EvoOne linkr LT2 app loses connection

Hi, I have EvoOne with Linkr LT2 installed on a 2019 Mazda cx-5 signature. Recently, the app would have trouble connecting to the car, it would be greyed out when trying to start engine and the icons would turn grey. It seems to happen intermittently,

Hello,

A friend of mine has been using that same platform for some time now and has not reported any types of connection issues.

Hardware usually won't change, connection will come from the reception/signal of the device I would think.

In this case you may want to contact the app manufacturer as perhaps there are ota updates for your mobile device or telematics unit..
