rfk411 will not program

Question

I have a 2011 silverado 2500hd standard key with a t harness and a evo all. i installed the rfk411 and i can not get the remotes to program. On the rf support do i need to be in h1 fortin or h2 fortin 2. I had these work on this truck before and i had to get a new igntion and i ahve not been abel to get them to reprogram since.

It would be option H2. Note that if the remotes were already paired to that same antenna and EVO-ALL module, they should not need to reprogrammed.

• Do NOT skip Step 4. 
• Pay attention to Step 6 , you need to press and hold the button for a few seconds until the remote LED comes back on solid.

Everything is now working but if the key is just stuck cin the ignition it will not remote start.
