Winter setting with EVO One

I have Mazda CX-5 2021 Kuro Edition. I purchased it recently. It came with EVO One preinstalled by previous owner. I dont know is there any specific winter setting because I setup weather condition like turn heating on for driver seat and steering heating. then turn off the vehicle but when I remote start the vehicle it just fan thats turn on heated seat and steering get turned off. my goal is here it retain the setting when i turn off the car.

The remote starter has no control of heated seat and heated steering wheel on this vehicle. These features are only available when it supported by the module via CAN-BUS or if the person that installs it , wires the system to do so.
