2008 Altima BCM lock/unlock slots are populated.

Question

I am installing an EVO-ALL with TNIS1 and Arctic Start CM800 into a 2008 Nissan Altima SE.  I am using guide # 12651.  The guide shows that BCM slots 15 and 37 should be empty, mine are populated with blue/red in 15 and blue/black in 37.  Should I connect to these wires or am I in the wrong spot?

It's possible that there is wires there since door locks are not on the CAN-BUS in those vehicles.
