Hi,

We have detected something that has caused this to happen in some vehicles when using firmware 72.xx

This issue will be resolved when using firmware 72.10 or by downgrading to firmware 4.18.

Hi Nascar,

Which remote starter are you using? When attempting to remote start, what do the Led's do on the EVO-ALL? What is the current version on the EVO-ALL ?The red Led should be the first one to come on. If the red Led does not come on, flickers, or cuts out during cranking, then you have a GWR issue. If it remote starts on the second attempt it maybe the timing on the ground while running coming in a little too late. You can try installing a relay on this wire.

Pin 85 will be 12volts, pin 30 ground, pin 86 remote starter GWR and pin 87 new GWR going to EVO-ALL.

Try this to see if you can get the car started on first attempt. Any version from v4.09-v4.18 should work. The new Nissan firmware 72.00+ should also work with connection 5A.
