FTX62-2W locks work but won't remote start 2015 RAM 1500

Question

Installed the EVO-ALL with the CHRT6 Harness.  Everything works with my key FOB's.  I added the FTX64-2W with the RF-A2A adapter, ran the FLASH LINK and followed the programming, now the doors will lock and unlock but when I try to remote start, the green light on the remote flashes rapidly but the vehicle does not attempt to start.  Should the light on the antenna come on at all after programming.  Mine does not come on at all.

Remote start button is the 3rd button down. Press and hold it for 3 seconds.

To shut down the car, press the bottom button first, then press and hold the 3rd button.
