Truck starts, runs for 3 seconds, turns off, dash shows wrong key fob...

I installed the evo all on my 2015 ram tip start using chrt6 harness. I made it sucessfully through the programming procedure, then decrypted the key fob data and reinstalled. The truck will start and run for about 3 seconds and then turn off and the dash briefly displays wrong key fob. Then the process repeats itself. Notes on installation... to make as few splices in my new wires as possible i bought an OBD2 connector and soldered the can high and low to the correct pins on the connector and plugged it in. I have also not hooked up the RAP wire due to not seeing the same connector in the correct spot in all the data sheets. Is this RAP wire just to verify the doors are closed? I saw a video on you tube and the installer said it was an optional connection and not necessary for the remote start to function. Is there a possibility that my key fob code isnt being correctly decrypted? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

The key you programmed the module with is a programmed key to the vehicle? Meaning it wil start your truck?

I would perform a master reset http://wirecolor.com/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all?show=50193#q50193 and re program the module start to finish including the Dcryptor process.

Yes it is the correct key and I have already done the reset. It seems to not be sensing the key code from the evo. Does that signal go through the can bus obd2 connection? If so would using that plug possibly affect the data? It makes it all the way through the programming process
Seems to have been an issue with update 74.23. After talking a long time to a very helpful man, he determined that we should try rolling the firmware back to 74.19 and that seemed to do the trick. Hope others can read this to avoid the same problem.
