I have hookedup the T-Harness to the immobilzer, ignition, and Hooked up the Can High and Can Low.
Have you connected the Lt.Blue/Black, Lt.Blue and Yellow wires coming out of the 20-Pin connector of the EvoAll to the respective wires coming out of the T-harness as shown in the guide?

Do you have the Flashlink Updater(Flash-Link-2)? If not, you must do the two-key programming.

According to your information(no LEDs flashing and nothing happens), seems like the EvoAll is losing power momentarily. Could be a bad ground, loose connector...?? Please verify.

You also need two valid Ford keys to program.

Master Reset the module and start the programming.
Ok that got me a little further. I hooked up the yellow, Lt blue/black, Lt. blue wires and it took programing the red light flashed 10x but not blue light flashed. I hit the lock 3x and no start. Are there other wires that i need to hookup?
No blue led flashing normally means an issue with the Can High and Can Low connections in the vehicle.

Please make sure you are on pins 3 and 11 when viewing the obd connector from the front (pin side and not wire side)

Also do you have a Flashlink updater-2? Looking at your service number it does not show that someone has accessed the options tab to set the necessary options to do 3xlock start, (options C1 and D1)
Ok i reporgramed it and when i press and hold buttong final step the ignition kicks on but does not start. i  also hooked up the door trigger and the -ground while running when i hit 3x lock the red light comes and igition kicks on but no start. Any suggestions. ? I also have another questions can you use DEI addons such as the smart start? I saw that there are some options for the evo-all and evo-one? The Evo-Fort1 with t harness will do everything others with correct?

The vehicle is not supposed to start when you press the programming button.

As the guide states the ignition will turn on then the led's flash, then the ignition turns off.

Did the led's flash according to the installation manual?

If you are installing this as a stand alone (only the evo-all and t-harness) then the drk.blue wire should not be grounded. This will prevent the vehicle from remote starting because when in stand alone this is a hood pin wire. What guide number did you follow?

Yes the smart start can be used with the evo all. Here is a link to the guide. http://fortin.ca/download/20121/EVO-ALL%20RF-KIT%20DEI%20SmartStart.pdf

Sorry i missed typed that. I ment Whe programmed the last step when i press and hold the program button the red light flashes 10x I am not sure if the blue light flashes but the ignition turns on but i did notice that the dash dings like the key is in and some times does not stop untill i unplug the box. I have the harness hooked up, Lt. blue/black, Lt. blue, Yellow, Green/White & Green/Red to Green/Violot (Door Pin),Can High to Gray/Orange & Low to Violet/Orange. I think thats it. Does there need to be anything else? What is your defintion of stand alone ? Just to make sure i have a clear understanding? Does the unit still need to be flashed if i have made it this far?

Looks like i will be buying the flasher anyways for the smart start option?
Yes you will need the flash link for the smart start option.

Stand alone means you are only installing a evo-all and t-harness. Is this how you are doing the install?

Ok if you are certain the red flashed thats good! We can try and program just the can bus. Do the following for me and let me know what happens:

1- unplug the 4 pin data link connector.

2- Holding the programming button insert the 4 pin data link connector and release the programming button on the BLUE led.

3-Turn the ignition to the on position.

4- The blue led should go out and begin to flash rapidly. indicating it has learned the can bus.

5- Turn the ignition off and test your installation.

**If the blue led goes out and does not flash, then you have a connection issue with the can bus wires. (Grey & Grey/Black)

Just a few things i had asked before...If you are in stand alone DO NOT connect the drk.blue wire to anything as this will prevent the module from starting the vehicle.

Also what guide number did you follow?

I am following this guide below!

https://fortin.ca/download/32161/evo-all_ig_thr_bi_for1-40bits_a_32161.pdf

I dont have the drk.blue hooked up but i did try it once to see if that was the issue i read it in a post .So it is not hooked up now. Can you recap if i have the correct wires hooked up or do i need to hook up more than what i have.

Lt. blue/black, Lt. blue, Yellow, Green/White & Green/Red to Green/Violot (Door Pin),Can High to Gray/Orange & Low to Violet/Orange.

Will most of the DEI products work as addons? I am really looking at the Bluetooth module this just so i dont have to pay the fee.

try and program the can bus as i mentioned.

test your installation and tell me what the led's do when you try and remote start.

Here is a link to a list of compatible RF kits for the evo-all and evo-one.

I only see the Smart start module listed.

http://fortin.ca/en/technology/rf_kits.html

Here are the cables i have connected.

Lt. blue/black, Lt. blue, Yellow, Green/White & Green/Red to Green/Violot (Door Pin),Can High to Gray/Orange & Low to Violet/Orange.

I will test install in about a hour. Are there any other connections that need to be made?

Nope these are the mandatory connections.
You mean what wires did i connect to in the Car?
Ok did what u have said. The blue led goes out and then All three light up yellow for a few and then go out when I try to use 3x lock the blue led does flash each time but does not start. Any suggestions

All 3 led's go out? That tells us the module has not programmed properly thats for sure which is going to exlplain why your vehicle is not starting as well.

It also is telling us one of the following is an issue:

1- Either the module is loosing power or the lt.blue and lt.blue/black are reversed or making a weak/poor connection.

2- Lt.blue should be going to the lt.blue wire on the 20 pin connector

3- Lt.Blue/Black should be going to the Lt.Blue/Black on the 20 pin connector.

4- Yellow should be going to yellow.

5- The Loosie yellow/black in the t-harness should not be connected to anything.

6- Can hi/lo to the correspondin wires. either reversed or making a poor connection

Also do not use butt connectors, t-taps, wire splices. Make a solid connection using the poke and twist method.

With all of these 5 connections made properly. Re program the module start to finish.

ok i did have a can bus wire loose but now if i retry ur steps the blue lights flashes and goes out with key in ignition and i try to start it it flashes the blue light each time i hit lock but still no start?
So your telling me that the module has not been programed for the 3x by the Flasher box?
Ok so the module has now done all the programming succesfully? Thats great news!

It may be though that the module is not in stand alone.

Simple test take the drk.blue wire from the 20 pin connector and place it to ground tell me what the led's on the module do.
ok i grounded it . The blue light flashed for sec and red light comes on and stays on.
Alrighty so this tells us the module is not in stand alone which is why your vehicle won't remote start.

You need to enable option C1 (OEM remote monitoring) and D1 (stand alone remote start) for 3x lock remote start

This is done using the flash link updater 2.

Hello Mr. McIntosh,

During the programming sequence, I beleive before you cycle the keys, you must press the programming button once. Have you done that?

In any case, try doing a Master Reset before you do the programming. The Master Reset is as follows:

1. Remove all conncetors from the module.

2. Press & Hold the programming button and insert the four-pin connector.

3. The LEDs will alternate colors and release the programming button when the LED is Red.

4. When the LED is Red, Press & Hold the programming button again and the LEDs will alternate colors.

5. Release the programming button when the LEDs alternate colors at any point, then diconnect the four-pin connector.

Try this before programming. If you want to flash the module to a different firmware, it is recommended to the Master Reset after flashing and before progamming at the vehicle.

Thank you....
