Not programming with 2011 equinox

Question

I tried programming the key numerous times. After the second time of turning the key off, the blue led stays on. I can start my car using the key, but the remote start feature does not work. What is wrong?

Hi Kyle,

 

1. Does the RED LED go OFF and then back ON when you turn the key ON the first time?

2. Does the YELLOW LED flash 10 times when you turn the key ON the second time?

3. Does the BLUE LED flash at the end(before you turn the key OFF) ?

 

It seems that the EVO-ALL canot see the CAN BUS that should be connected to the BROWN wire of the 5-pin white connector. This should be connected to pin 1 of the OBDII connector (Green wire)
