key override all

Question

In the instructions key override all (camry 2007-2009 ...) it is written that key override all is programmed for only one car. And if the LED flashes (as written in the instructions), what can we do next? Throw it away or what?

If you get the flashing led as indicated in the guide during the initilization process then the module has already been used X amount of times and cannot be reprogrammed. At this point you would need another module.
