Auto lights will not turn off after remotely stopped on my 03 Infiniti FX45

Evo-all with Crime stopper rsoo remote start, all connections soldered. Remote start and stop function correctly. When after starting car at night with auto-lights switched on, and you turn off the car with the remote (push lock button three times) the lights will not go out. (waiting more than 5 minutes) The light blue/black wire from pin A10 is connected to white wire pin 146 at the BCM. This is a 03 Infiniti FX45 with Intelli-key

Test to see if the lt.blue black is pulsing after you shut it down via the remote.

 

If not you could simply take the re arm wire from your remote starter and connect it to the door pin. Set the re arm wire to pulse 10 sec after shut down.

OK, value at pin 146 is, driver door open 0.0 volt, door closed 13.6 volt, hit remote lock 3 times car starts lights come on voltage goes up to 14.8 no pulsing, hit remote lock 3 times engine stops lights stay on voltage starts dropping to 13.6 no pulsing wait 5 minutes have to open then close door lights turn out after 30 sec.

No, isolate the lt.blue/black wire (disconnect it) and remote start the vehicle, then remot stop it and see if a ground pulse comes out of the lt.blue/black wire, if not do the above mentioned modification.

I'm not getting any pulsing from the light blue black lead. Hooking a re arm wire from the remote starter does not sound simple to me, you would have to walk me through that process step by step. This is my first install.

Actually its even easier than it looks. read the installation manual for the crime stopper piece and locate the re-arm wire.

 

Then connect it to the door pin in place of the lt.blue/black.

So is it the orange wire (arm) or the orange/black wire (disarm) on the rs-oo remote?

from the manual:

25. ORANGE WIRE SELECTION: This option controls the orange wire function.

1. Orange wire = AUX 2 Momentary.

2. Orange wire = OEM Arm / Rearm – Default

 

This will make the orange wire a re arm wire...then simply connect it to drivers door pin.

How are you testing the wire? Explain how you are wiring up your meter please.

Set to volts DC

Red lead on 12 volts black lead on negative wire to be tested.

 

When the ground comes out you should see 12V on your meter briefly.

Absolutely no pulse from orange wire.

hhhmmm not sure at this point then if none of the wires are testing as they are supposed to.

Blue/black gives no pulse but I get a constant 5 volts when connected up.

If I manually toggle (momentarily grounding) the drivers door pin after remotely turning car off the auto lights will time out and turn off. Neither the rsoo or evo-all are able to toggle, how can I fix this?

Turns out that the orange wire is a good trigger wire, just needs correct programming. Option #8 toggle to program #4, option #25 stays at default #2.

Auto-lights will now shutdown after 45 second delay.
