Why does the car turn off when I open the doors, sometimes?

Question

All the programming went without a hitch, but when I open the door the Truck turns off, sometimes. What would this indicate?

Answer 1

- Make sure all zones are closed prior to remote starting.

- Make sure to send the unlock command from the remote.

- Open close drivers door

- Enter vehicle turn ignition to on and depress brake pedal.

 

If one of these are skipped (say testing with the door open) take over will not function.
