Strange behavior

Question

Has been working great since install a couple years ago. Now internmittently after I have remote started the car and it is still running, I will unlock just fine with the fob but when I press the brake it will turn the starter (making a terrible screetching noise) and not kill the motor. It even did this once before I even inserted the key. Also intermittently the lock botton on the oem fob will beep twice when it used to be once.

It's a 2011 Tundra base (Rock Warrior) and it's an Evo One and I'll have to get the service number when I have time to tear apart the console. I have a Dronemobile attached to it but the sympoms remain even when I take the Dronemobile out of the loop. I have used the flash link to wipe and flash the firnware a couple times but the sympots remain.

I haf this issue on a 2001 Nissan maxima with evo one, from day 1 and it would grind the starter when turning the key to the ignition position, I ended up putting in a relay for the anti grind and it took care of the grinding noise.
