no start after update

2014 silverado, remote start was working fine, then it shows an update for the module, i did the update and now i can not get it to remote start. i have tried progeamming several time and new decryptor and still no start. my service number is 001A06 551381. turned it on and went through programming in truck, get rapid flashing blue led at the end and still no remote start

You forgot to turn on option D1.10.

Its under the D1 option. Turn it on, save the options and re test in the vehicle.

did that and programmed in truck , end of programming i get rapid flashing blue led and turn the key off. with the key off the blue led continues to flash very slowly and still no remote start

Yes, becuase you need to go send dcryptor. That is why the blue led is flashing slowly.

i had already ran the dycrptor before, but iwll do it again. i have ran the decrytor again and finally it is working again. i dont know if has something to do with windows 10, but i did everything on windows 7 this time and it is working. many thanks for your help

Please provide the 12 digit service number of the module so we can take a look at the firmware and options flashed to it
