Pairing. No flashing blights to pair key

Hello. I

've purchased the evo-all remote starter. I've purchased the flash link. Updated the software from the online app. When I plug it in I get the solid blue light, plug all the other connectors, key in ignition to run position, but I do not get the lights flashing to pair the key to remote starter. What is it that i'm doing wrong. Followed all the steps even checked on youtube and I get nothing. Please help.

If the light stays on blue when you turn ignition on, that means the two yellow wires were not connected to eachother.

i had the same issue with my 2006 Grand Cherkoee, blue light would not flash when turning ignition on.  I found the 2 yellow wires i had to connect together were not making connection due to the large wire tap i was using.  I used a smaller wire tap due to the small gauge of the yellow wires and...problem solved.
