EVO one Start2

Question

When i start my Mazda CX-5 GT Tech 2018 with the EVO start2 the car start but the function auto hold for brakes does not work. I have to restart the car to make it work.

 

When the car start using the key fobe, the auto hold work fine.

 

What is the cause, is it a firmware update that needs to be done.

Must enable door open shut down, option D3. The car needs to be started by the human with the push button.
