Can the EVO-ALL be used with the factory keyless to provide remote start?

2013 dodge dart Purchased the evo all and decyypter.
Can this unit be used in conjunction with the factory keyless entry to successfully remote start the vehicle and the keyless entry still work while the vehicle is running to unlock? Thus negating the need for an aftermarket remote start. Thank you. And if so, what is the best was to set this up

The stand alone feature is not covered for that vehicle. By factory, the OEM remote does not work while the vehicle is started.

 
A remote starter is required for this installation.
