Low battery causing horn to go off on 2017 RAV4 hybrid?

Our 2017 RAV4 hybrid was parked for a few weeks causing the battery to run down as it has a tracker installed. All of a sudden one morning the horn faintly started to go off intermittently. There was no one around it. Is it possible that it was the Evo that’s installed in it was causing it to go off? Thinking that someone was messing with the battery? If so is it possible to disable this as it keeps going until the battery is basically completely dead. We have since charged the battery and are driving it every few days and there has been no issue since. Thanks

Assuming it's an EVO-ALL, the system draws 7 mA. If there is an EVO-START-LTE as well, add another 8 mA to that. Still quite low at 15 mA (0.015 A).

What can set off the horn is the oem alarm as it would normally go off when the battery is disconnected/reconnected while the oem alarm is in an armed state. A dead enough battery could make it think the battery was disconnected/reconnected.

Similarly, if the aftermarket system is also installed as an alarm and the battery is low enough to make the module think the battery got disconnect/reconnected , it will also attempt to ring the horn.

Without knowing the exact products installed, I would contact the place that installed it to inquire about enabling Valet Mode. Valet mode disables everything.
