number 1 cause of no ignition is that the car is equipped with a factory starter. Any Toyota and Lexus with a factory remote starter require that they be completely removed.

Other than that, what's the 12 digit service number of the EVO?

I am having the same exact issue on a 2015 PTS Sienna. I have tried to see if there is a factory remote starter by pressing the lock button 3 times and on the 3rd holding it for 3sec and the car does nothing leading me to believe there is no factory remote starter on it.

The 12 digit service number on mine is 001A06 846569
Doesnt mean it's functional and/or active.

No dash lights (no ignition) turning on when the evo red led turns on =

1. Factory starter present or

2. Leaning procedure did not go exactly like in the guide. (problem with Rx - Tx connections)

Also, Turn OFF option D2
I checked behind the glove box but could not find a remote starter module. There was only the airconditioner module, smart key module, and the power management module.

I turned off D2, saved the setting, re-programmed it to the vehicle and it started up on the first try. Then it would not initiate the ignition again. I have my RX and TX wires soldered so I know they have a good connection to the wire.

Attached are the what is behind the glove box. Also my connections to the TX and RX wires.

I was finally able to resolve the issue. There were no issues with the wire connections. The EVO All module was bad. Once I got a new module, programmed in on computer and in the car using the original wiring, it worked just fine. Started up everytime.

Hopefully this can help someone with the same issue. If you have double and tripple checked your wires, checked for factory r/s, and can get the car to r/s on the rare occasion, then I would try swapping the module.
