DO I REMOVE THE EXISTING  WIRES AT THE BCM AND INSTALL THE( EVO ALL) WIRES IN THERE PLACE?

you are not removing any factory wires. The remote starter wires need to be spliced into the original wiring. The NIS1 harness comes with terminals on the end of it because some vehicules do not have the factory lock-unlock wiring.
