Ignition turns on but doesn’t start

I installed Crimestopper RS4-G5 in my 2003 Chev Silverado 1500 5.3L auto. I also installed the Fortin EVO-All and flashed it with the Fortin Flash-Link Updater 2. I've triple checked the wiring and triple checked the instructions when I programmed it. You hit the start button, it locks, ignitions turns on and just sits there and that's it. After that the yellow light and red light stays on on the EVO-ALL.
Any help would be appreciated as this has been a long on going project.

If there is no crank, you need to test your crimestopper STARTER output(s). Not only to check that there is power upon remote start, but that it is also on the vehicles starter wire.

This vehicle also requires 2 ignitions that will need to be tested

Everything already tested, both ignition is correctly wired. Before I flashed the EVO-ALL it would start but die immediately and was told the unit was not flashed.
