2007 Toyota RAV4- No immobilizer

Question

I’m installing an Evo One in a 2007 Toyota Rav4. The car does not have an immobilizer. What are the steps to program the module? I’m not finding it anywhere.

its the same install minus Rx, Tx and Key sense connections.

You can try programming CAN-BUS only since there is no immobilizer by:
1- plug in power while holding down the programming button and releasing on BLUE
2- plug in everything else
3- turn ignition on
4- blue should start flashing
5- turn ignition off
