evoall is connected  can flash but wont send data for dcryptor  says usb error   have tried 3 different cables   reinstalled program   same result

Hi Douglas,

What is the service number written on the back of the flash-link? Older generation of the flash-link did not cover DCryptor possibilities. So, unless this is a new unit you bought within the last year or so the problem may be coming from wrong hardware of flash-link. Before pointing fingers at the problem, we can verify with the service number writtern on the back of the Flash-Link Updator.

That's exactly it. You wouldn't of been able to change any options in EVO also, like turning on Stand Alone remote start.

Everything will work fine once that old unit gets exchanged. Which, by the way, should be a free exchange with our direct distributors (not directly form us though).
