2006 Jeep Grand Cheeroke won't program with evo-all and t harness

installed evo-chrt5 into a 2006 jeep grand cherokee.followed install instructions for a stand alone remote start. flashed and updated and turn on the stand alone function. go to program the evo-all the blue light comes one. then turn the ignition to run and the blue light flashes. then turn the key off and stil flashes ike it's suppose to, but when you go to press the lock button on the OEM remote it doesn't turn off the blue light to say it's programed the blue light just keeps flashing. any suggestions.

What happens if you hit the button on the EVO-ALL instead of hitting the lock?

What is the 12 digit service number written on the sticker of the EVO-ALL? starts with 001a06 ------

If you press the button on the evo all the light stops flashing. yes it's the orginal remote. it's an OEM kit with the lock and unlock bouttons on the key. 001A06 215000.
