silverado stand alone inop after bus goes to sleep.

2011 silverado 1500. evo-all hardware 6 firmware 70.16 no t-harness everything works fine its just after the truck is turned off and sits for a min or two the lock 3x  doesnt work. i have to press unlock first then lock 3 times.  if i turn it off then press lock 3x before the bus goes to sleep it works fine. any help would be great. thanks!

Every time you do lock (or unlock) the blue led on the module will flash. Question is, when the car has been sitting for X amount of time, does that Blue LED flash on the first lock press?
