evoall with t harness ford. red light stays on unable to program

Question

I tried programing it to a 2014 Ford explorer. At first I had blue lights and was able to try and program however I couldn't program my keys and try to start over now when I plug it the black connector to start programing it just stays solid red. I disconnected everything and started from the beginning and still it stays red. Any way to fix this issue?

solid red means the unit is currently active

disconnect anything that is connected to the dark blue wire in the 20-pin

nothing is currently on the dark blue wire. i tired just hooking up the 4 pin connecter and putting power on the red wire, and ground on the black wire, Evo all stays the same just Red dosnt change colors. hold button for over a min. nothing changes anything else i can try?

You put power on the wires in the 4 pin connector or wires in the 20 pin connector ?

put power just in the 4 pin connector to see if i can rest the evo-all. everything else disconnected.

going to have to stick plug it in the flash-link and to try reflashing it.
