Truck starts when programming bypass

Question

while trying to program the bypass the truck starts when i put the key in on position. Please tell me what is wrong with this thing.  I installed the RS3-G5 cool start system and when i tested it it starts and cycles the locks. When i went to program the bypass the light was solid and i put the first key in and turned to on and it starts. Cannot get the box to program.

Key-override-all only taps into transponder...which cannot start the vehicle.

If your truck is starting when you turn the key to the on position you have problems elsewere...perhpas the remote starter...perhaps an ignition switch problem...perhaps a bad fuse...
