Evo One programs but won't remote start

I have a evo one remote start syesten in my 2012 Nissan Xterra. I installed it with with the T-Harness, install guide 33161. I also have the Fortin RF642W RF Remote Kit With Two 4-Button, 2-Way remote installed.  The module programs to the car but the remote start does not work. the lock and unlock function works properly, the blue LED on the module will light up for both lock and unlock, but when I press the remote start it seems that the module does not recive the signal. No LEDs on the module light up. I also updated the module with the flash link updater,  and cut the yellow loop for the automatic transmission. Any help would be apriciated. thank you

Can you please provide the entire service number it is short by 1 number.

Also is the red led underneath the yellow loop on?

Was the yellow loop cut prior to power up?

The red led underneath the yellow loop does turn on, and the loop was cut after power up. However I also reset the module and reprogrammed it after I cut itp

When you send the start command from the rf kit, what does the led on the remote do and what do the led's on the evo module do?

i was mistaken. the red LED inside the module does not power up. but the remote, when trying to remote start, beeps and flashes green. the evo unit does not respond
