2017 vw alltrack with evo all is requiring me to be in the car to depress the brake, How can I get around this?

The unit seems to be functioning right< i just cant get around having to physically be in the car to depress the brake to get the remote start to work. I have the brown-pink/back,    yellow/red - brake black/red,      yellow-black/blue obd2,       brown/red to brown/white hazards

It means you are on the wrong brake wire. The yellow/red wire press on the brake so you dont have too. They are many wire same color in this connector make sure you are on the right pin number.
