manual remote start without original fob nor RF kit

Question

evo-all,

assuming i do not want to use original fob for 3 lock to start it but use wireless relay i have as a trigger to the evo to start the car, which wire of evo-all can i pull down (GND) or pull up (12 Vdc) to start it? should it be momentry (how many milliseconds) or fix as long as it is running ?
