When turning igniton to on flashes red 3x

after installation I tried to program, but when I get to turning ignition to on position red light flashes 3x non stop

I dont know what car you have, nor what you are installing, but that's normally a sign that there is an issue with the immobilizer connection.

3 flashes will happen fro two reasons

1/ Connection problem with immo data.

2/ The vehicle is equipped with a factory remote starter.

 

On all Toyota/Lexus with the factory remote starter, they need to be completely removed in order to add any aftermarket remote starter.
