What settings need to be selected to use FOB to unlock door after car is running

Question

So, I was able to get my EVO One to remote start and stop the 2014 Honda Accord, I can't get it to lock doors after start and unlock using FOB.  I think I have the right options selected.  Is there something that may be keeping the module from saving the options even though it says options saved after saving?

When you press lock or unlock on the oem fob while the car is runnig does the blue led flash?

Also did you connect the lock and unlock wires?

I did not connect the lock unlock wires, I thought it would work without needing it with the latest update.  Is that wrong?  I disconnected the EVO One so I don't know if the blue LED lights up when the buttons are pressed while the car is running.  I know the LED lit up when I was pushing the unlock button to start it.

It is a beta firmware so there may be a instance were it does not work which is why the wires are still shown in the guide.

But to determine if its functioning as intended i would need to know when the vehicle is remote started and you press lock or unlock does the blue led on the evo flash>
